The Jets have agreed to terms with second-round TE Mason Taylor, agent Sammy Spina confirmed. He gets a four-year, $10.5 million contract, including a $9.6 million guarantee. It means 91% of the deal is guaranteed, a significant bump from the player chosen last year in the same slot (42). Houston's Kamari Lassiter got 79% of his deal guaranteed. The Jets now have all draft picks under contract. Rookies are due to report tomorrow. Vets report July 22.

Lloyd Howell brought his resignation as the Executive Director to the NFLPA Executive Committee this evening, per source. He was not asked to do this; it was his choice.
